2) Interference with Official Acts, a simple misdemeanor that a carries a maximum penalty of imprisonment for 30 days and a a maximum fine of $850.
Five of the seven are charged with both crimes and face a maximum penalty of imprisonment for 13 months and a maximum fine of $3410.
